Dark Heart Dance is a Dark Fusion Belly Dance troupe founded in 2012 and based in San Jose, CA. The unique style of the group is inspired by hip hop, Classical dance, Theater, and contemporary pop culture while still rooted in traditional Middle Eastern dance. Their performances range from eerie to playful. Intense theatricality is offset by just a touch of humor and lyrical grace is mixed with sharp, powerful movements.
